The Fanmo Story
Company Founded in Nanjing
Nanjing Fanmo Education Technology Co., Ltd was established in Jianye District, Nanjing, by a team of educators and entrepreneurs with a shared vision of transforming education through technology and cultural engagement. Initial focus: educational consulting services for K-12 schools and training centers across Jiangsu Province.
Art Training Programs Launched
Fanmo launched structured non-academic art training programs, including painting (oil, watercolor), calligraphy (multiple traditional scripts), drawing, and basic sculpture. First cohort: 200+ students across Nanjing. Established relationships with 5 partner schools.
Corporate Team-Building & Conference Services Launch
Fanmo expanded into the corporate market by launching custom team-building programs and conference management services. First enterprise clients: technology companies and manufacturing firms in Jiangsu. Managed first regional education conference with 300+ attendees in Nanjing.
International Study Tours Begin
Fanmo expanded its study tour operations, planning and executing first international educational travel programs. Destinations: Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto), Singapore, and South Korea. Served 8 partner schools with total 500+ student participants. Established international partnerships with local educational coordinators.
Marketing & Design Services; Graphic Studio Expansion
Fanmo added educational marketing consulting and founded an in-house creative studio. Services: brand strategy, digital marketing campaigns, UI/UX design, educational media production. First major project: complete rebrand and website overhaul for regional university partner.
Digital Transformation & First Mobile App Launch
Fanmo launched its first mobile management application in response to COVID-19, enabling remote class scheduling, video tutoring coordination, and service booking. App downloaded 50,000+ times in first year across iOS and Android. Marked formal transition to EdTech company with hybrid online-offline service model.
Educational Supplies Business & Partnerships Expansion
Fanmo added curated retail offerings of art supplies, office materials, books, and educational equipment. Simultaneously expanded institutional partnerships to 20+ schools and corporate training firms. Began serving clients in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Suzhou regions.
International Market Expansion — North America & Europe Entry
Fanmo began actively serving international clients across North America and Europe. Established partnerships with 8 universities and 12 corporate clients in USA and Germany. Fanmo released its comprehensive multi-platform mobile application suite on Google Play and the Apple App Store, integrating all 13 service categories. Achieved 40+ formal institutional partnerships across Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe. App featured enterprise dashboard for corporate clients. Launched supplementary in-app learning content.
